Dr. Juna Bobby is host of the Rx Chill Pill Podcast, Meditate Your Brain to Resilience. She has dedicated her career to reaching students at critical times in their brain development to give them life-long skills of understanding their own brain, how to develop the skill of focused attention, and tools to strengthen mental and physical resilience.
Juna is a mom of two amazing kids and a board certified physician graduate of NYU School of Medicine, specializing in Mind-Body Medicine. She teaches online and at schools, and partners with parents and multiple organizations to deliver The Science of Resilience STEaM CurriculumTM developed over a decade, while teaching at The Juilliard School, Pre-College in NYC, and at many other schools including NYU, Columbia, Barnard, Manhattan School of Music, High Schools, community centers for teens and tweens, and in her private coaching practice.
She founded MindBodySpace LLC to reach kids, parents, and educators with a step by step process for teaching how to focus, achieve peak performance, while stressing less, doing more, and being happier. Her students have described her course as "transformational".
