In Middle School, massive changes are taking place in the brain and body.

This special time is THE TIME where a child can learn how to process the new experiences they have in more positive ways.

In middle school, children and their social situations are changing rapidly. Friend groups change, their bodies change, and they have new emotions that they’ve never had before.

In this program, for Gr 6-8, they will learn research backed:

• mental focus skills

• self care skills of rest, eating nutritional foods, loving relationships, avoiding little known mental and physical toxins and the brain and emotional benefits of exercise

• time management and organizational skills

  • Lessons are delivered in:

    • short 2-5 min videos

    • PDF downloads with reflections and fun exercises

    • Brain Boss Digital Planner

    • Youth Resiliency workbook (Harvard Medical School)

  • When you start the course, we will ask you to tell us a bit about yourself and your child so that we can tailor your experience

  • There are two lessons per month along with PDF downloads to reinforce lessons learned

  • The lessons will, over the entire year, cover all the different self-care routines that keep us healthy in a powerful way

  • If you are not satisfied, we will ask you to let us know your reasons and we will refund you minus a $20 administration fee, in full before 30 days from purchase or a prorated amount after 30 days
